construction management consulting services -  focused on the success of small to medium sized residential construction companies, we assist companies in making the most of the resources they have, and learning to be more organized and effective in managing their interactions with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.  we can provide assistance with selecting and implementing appropriate software/services to enhance the process of managing your business, managing projects and schedules, client selections, change orders, budgets, and more.

project management services -  we can provide direct project management services, as well as training in the tools and techniques needed for effective management of residential and small commercial projects.  This includes working directly for individuals to help navigate the process of taking a project from concept through completion getting the most out of the different relationships along the way.
